Chairman of the Nowak Group, founder of dozens of companies, three-time winner of the Businessman of the Year title and recipient of numerous awards, including the Szabla and platinum medal of Jan Kiliński.

Zbigniew Nowak is a businessman with many years of experience, a trader, manufacturer and investor. He currently serves as President of Zakłady Mięsne Nowak, which he founded, and is also the sole owner of the Deo Plaza complex and Spichlerz Daleka Droga on Granary Island in Gdańsk. In addition, he is President of the family capital group which includes companies such as Minerals DC Nowak - a leader in the aggregates market in Europe, and PCM, one of the largest distribution centres in northern Poland. He graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at the Gdansk University of Technology and postgraduate studies with a specialisation in "Master of Butchery and Cured Meat" at the University of Gdansk. He is one of the founders of the Institute of Regional Products. Owner of the River Shipyard in Tczew, where he manufactures boats up to 80 metres long. He owns one of the largest land banks in the region of over 500 hectares. He also invests in new patents - one of his companies was the first in the world to patent the production of preparations with Omega 3+6 acids. He is a committed member of the local community, including being a councillor for the district of Gdansk and a member of the Budget and Economic Policy Committee until 2014. He is also involved in the organisation of world-class events such as the "Jamboree 2019" - European Scouts Rally Gdansk, and "Jamboree 2027" - World Scouts Rally. ​​​​​​​
