Business trainer and an excellent and engaging speaker. Mr. Novak is the founder and owner of Integrity Solutions Poland and ACA Alpaca Ranch, also in Poland.

Previously, as General Agent for Charter Oak Insurance and Financial Services, Pete led 180 agents at one of MassMutual's most renowned agencies. Former basketball player and coach.

Mr. Novak is very active in many foundations where he is a member of the Board of Directors. Proud of his Polish heritage, he founded a Polish chair at the University of Quinnipiac, where he is also a member of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Central European Institute. Pete Novak is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Kosciuszko Foundation. Believing that every young person deserves an equal opportunity, Pete founded a scholarship program at his former high school and worked as a basketball coach.
