Graduated from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn with a degree in Political Science (BA, 2012) and National Security (MA, 2019). Completed postgraduate Master of Business Administration at the University of Finance and Management in Bialystok (now the East European Academy of Applied Sciences, 2021) .
Participant of many leadership and team management trainings, as well as the High Potential programme for Future Leaders. Certified Business Trainer and former lecturer in management subjects at WSFiZ in Bialystok. Secretary of the MBA Business Club at the Eastern European Academy of Applied Sciences.
For 27 years he worked for IKEA Industry, where he gained experience in all positions in production, team, production process and project management in factories in Poland and the United States. From 2009-2012 production manager at IKEA Industry Lubawa, 2013-2014 factory manager at IKEA Industry Danville, 2015-2017 production manager at IKEA Industry Danville, 2017-2021 project manager IKEA Industry Orla.
From 2021-2022 managing director at P.H.U. Budmar, and from January 2023 advisor to the development board at Constract Export-Import.
Main areas of interest are business leadership, strategic management, employee development and Lean Management.
