3rd generation in family business LARS. Roland has a Master in Law Degree, he is also a post-graduate of the Family Business Management faculty. He has been the Next Generation Leader of Family Business Network Poland and a member of NxG Leadership Team in FBN International 2017-2022. The aviation company called Helicenter used to be his startup in 2008 and now it belongs to the family business group. A regular speaker at many conferences about family business and leadership around the world, including Americas and Asia. Roland is also an aeroplane and helicopter pilot - an avid aviation enthusiast.
