Rafał Kalisz

Rafał Kalisz is President of the Management Board of FIBRAIN Sp. z o.o., President of Stali Rzeszów S.A., Vice-President of D.A. Glass. Since the beginning of his career, he has been associated with FIBRAIN (former ELMAT). Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics.  From 2019 to 2020, Rafał Kalisz also served as Chairman of the University Council of the first term of the Ignacy Łukasiewicz Rzeszów University of Technology. He is currently involved in setting the company's development vision, day-to-day management of the entire group and supervision of the company's sales and strategic departments. He is also the author of numerous analyses and technical-economic articles on the development of new Fibre Optic Systems.

In the operation of the companies he manages, he focuses on sustainable development based on business ethics, innovation in all aspects of the business, as well as teamwork, trust and cooperation with partners. He is a promoter of the idea of corporate social responsibility.

A mentor and visionary, who sets ambitious goals and challenges for himself and the company, thanks to which the FIBRAIN GROUP (FIBRAIN, DAGLASS, Varioedge, Wiseglass, Stal Rzeszów) and the "Made in Poland" brand are increasingly recognised and respected around the world. Today, the FIBRAIN Group has several thriving production centres equipped with the highest quality equipment and technologies, including modern R&D departments and laboratories. The idea of innovation has guided the company for many years, so that new investments and projects are systematically implemented and realised.
