The 3W Group, founded in 2009, has been a leader in the Polish market for the distribution of building materials and comprehensive services for contractors since 2019. The Group's consistent development strategy, implemented through organic growth and the acquisition of new competences through acquisitions and mergers, allows it to achieve increasingly better financial results. The Group's revenue achieved in 2022 is PLN 1.5 billion. In October 2022, Tadmar joined the Group - this was the 11th and largest acquisition in the company's history, which resulted in the expansion of the product range to include articles from the installation and heating industry. The 3W Group now has more than 100 branches, employs more than 1,300 people and offers its customers products from more than 700 domestic and foreign suppliers. Post-merger revenue is expected to exceed PLN 2 billion in 2023.
