Maja (Maya) is a foreign trade expert at the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAiH), based in Washington, D.C., representing the agency’s New York office. She promotes Polish businesses in the U.S. market and facilitates U.S. investments in Poland, leveraging her experience in international trade and business development.

​ For over a decade, she specialized in marketing and advertising, working with global agencies such as VML and Cheil Worldwide, managing campaigns for over 30 brands across 12 European markets and the U.S. She has also been actively involved in mentoring and education, co-running one of Poland’s most recognized mentoring programs, Mentors4Starters, for more than 10 years. Since 2021, she has lived and worked in the United States.

​ She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Eurasian Studies from Collegium Civitas, as well as a Master’s degree in International Relations—Diplomacy, and a Master of Arts in History from West Virginia University. Additionally, she completed postgraduate studies in the Analysis of Security and Terrorist Threats. She also participated in student exchange programs at the University of Limerick (Ireland) and Tartu Ülikool (Estonia).
