Head of Polish Tech Day, a Polish diaspora-focused festival celebrating entrepreneurship, innovation and technology organised since 2015 by PLUGin Foundation.

In his projects at PLUGin Foundation, Kuba and his team connect and support the Polish innovation diasporas worldwide and help build innovation bridges to and from Poland by sharing knowledge, promoting innovation and technology and supporting Polish startups to meet their future investors and clients around the world. 

He has over 7 years of experience in connecting business, government, policy and NGO change makers in order to make them work together. In the past, Kuba worked in Brussels and Warsaw where he connected policymakers and business leaders. He currently works for a London-based investment magazine where he is responsible for events design and delivery (Investment and Pensions Europe).

He has lived in the UK for over 12 years and earned a Master of Science in Economics from Cardiff University (International Relations and European Governance).
