Karol gained his experience in Silicon Valley and while running companies in various countries, including Poland, Portugal, the United States, and the United Kingdom. He has two master's degrees, one in Computer Science and the other in Management, which he obtained during his studies in Poland and Portugal.
He is the founder of 3 startups and 4 traditional businesses in the IT industry, focusing on sales platforms, no-code solutions, and business platforms.
He has been responsible for projects of leading European financial institutions, with the smallest valued at over 50 million euros. Moreover, for over ten years, he has been helping startups, financial institutions, and small to medium-sized companies improve their operations through digitization.
Karol not only creates and manages businesses but also shares his knowledge and experience by participating in numerous conferences. Among others, he has been a speaker for the World Bank in the area of online marketplaces and eCommerce.
