Dominik Brzozak

Developer, Real Estate Investor, owner of a holding company engaged in development investments as well as the revitalization and reconstruction of historical buildings. Responsible for the renovation and reconstruction of conservation-protected buildings worth over 30 million PLN, he closely collaborated with the Gdańsk Department of Architecture and the Conservator of Monuments on the projects "Do Studzienki 67", "Kamienica Seredyńskiego", and "Chrobrego 20" in Warsaw. Additionally, he executed development projects resulting in over 60 apartments in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. Currently working on the construction of a luxury aparthotel on the Polish coast.

Founder of the WaterSkyScraper Technology Project, related to water engineering, specializing in the development of feasibility studies for buildings located on and under water, including future projects in Dubai.

He began his career by serving on the Board of Directors of companies involved in renewable energy (Globaleco sp zoo) and optimizing the cost of electric energy transmission (Enegy-Pro). Contributed to the development of the largest electric energy purchasing groups in Poland, UPPH, and sat on the Supervisory Board of companies organizing group energy purchases (Trust Media). Additionally, optimized energy transmission costs in the largest Polish enterprises.

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk, he also studied at the Faculty of Management UG with a specialization in "Enterprise in the Global Market". Alumnus of the international business school Quantum Leap at T.Harv Eker University. As a speaker at numerous conferences, he had the opportunity to share the stage with Brian Tracy, Mateusz Grzesiak, Sebastian Kotów, Fryderyk Karzełek. Creator of training brands in the field of real estate investments - "Rekin Nieruchomości", reconstruction and subdivision of properties, and development investments "Orły Nieruchomości".

Founder and Patron of the Mieszkaj Foundation, helping people with disabilities and refugees from Ukraine. An art enthusiast and patron, creator of numerous vernissages, and owner of the BROSAQ Gallery, promoting young artists from Poland and abroad. A traveler and cycling enthusiast who has undertaken numerous cycling expeditions, including a trip from Poland to Israel.
