Daniel Olech created, launched, managed in the U.S., and then sold Poland’s Select Vodka brand to a multinational Spirits company. Prior to that, he was a Private Banking Analyst at JP Morgan in New York City, New York and in Palm Beach, Florida.

As a co-founder of Espiritus Group, Daniel has been heading its Sales Team since its inception in 2014. He successfully integrated the distribution, sales and marketing of 10 domestic and imported spirits brands onto the Espiritus platform in the U.S. (Santa Teresa Rum, Blue Nectar Tequila, Lost Distillery Scotch Whisky, Purus Vodka, Berentzen Liqueurs, SelvaRey Rum, Chareau Aloe Liqueur, Corner Creek, Riga Black Balsam, and Fighting 69th Irish Whiskey). As Espiritus’ VP of Sales & Operations, Daniel was able to successfully launch or relaunch these 10 brands in the U.S. by managing a Team of dedicated Regional Market Managers, Brand Ambassadors and Brokers who have been working closely with frontline distributors in 40+ states. His ability to reposition established brands such as Santa Teresa Rum and Riga Black Balsam have proven to be critical to both brands’ growth in the U.S. market. Daniel’s ability to launch Fighting 69th Irish Whiskey in over 25 states since October 2019 has demonstrated his ability to engage Espiritus’ Sales Team and frontline wholesalers to introduce new brands to multiple markets within a short period of time even during COVID. Daniel has also been instrumental in creating private and control label brands for key retail chains and large independents in the U.S. since 2013 by developing strong relationships with European distilleries and suppliers.

Daniel came to the USA at the age of 17 to learn English and graduated from the University of Miami School of Business in Coral Gables, Florida by being hard working, persistent and determined to have an opportunity of reaching the American dream.
