Christopher’s practice for the last 28 years has been concentrated on Immigration law serving clients throughout the USA. He regularly represents clients before the Immigration Service and Immigration Court.
In the field of business immigration, he has assisted thousands of companies to provide their key employees with permanent residency and non-immigrant work visas.
Christopher has guided individuals in the optimal manner in which to obtain permanent residency, citizenship, and non-immigrant visas.
He also has a large focus on asylum matters protecting the interests of individuals who cannot return to their home country for fear of death or other serious consequences.
Christopher often represents individuals before the Immigration Court in assuring their rights are protected while in removal/deportation proceedings.
He has recently formed a new partnership and is a partner in the law firm of Kurczaba & Brozek Law Offices with two offices in Chicago.
Christopher has built an extensive network within the Polish American Community as Vice President American Affairs of the Polish American Congress National Office and President of the Polish American Congress Illinois Division. He was a past officer of the Advocates Society.
He currently resides in Park Ridge and has two boys – ages 10 and 12.
