Born in the United States to Polish immigrants, Andrzej Sieja is the founder, longtime CEO, and Board Member of Relativity, a Chicago based global legal software leader whose legal discovery and digital investigation platform is trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide. Under his leadership, Relativity established an engineering and operations center in Poland that has grown to more than 500+ employees and is recognized for innovation and collaboration. He is also a principal of OnDean Forward—a tech investment platform that invests in and accelerates legal technology companies in both the United States and Poland. OnDean Forward has partnered with innovative businesses that are bringing more efficiency to the practice of law and regulatory compliance through automation and AI.
