Founder of "Wyjdź przed Szereg" and originator of the nationwide series of events "Kobieto - Wyjdź przed Szereg". Tom has been involved in development in the broadest sense for years. Through his activities, he brings out the potential in people, which is often hidden very deep. He is a typical example of "to want is to be able" and successfully puts his visions into practice. His optimism is a magnet for people, thus creating networks of fantastic contacts. On stage, he performs with the best and most famous speakers in Poland and conducts workshops for Polish and international organizations. He appears in the media as a communication and development expert. In addition to the training company, he co-founded the software house Tech Paradise and the marketing agency Digital Invaders. As Tech Paradise he implements international projects for mobile applications and inernet services, and as Digital Invaders he helps to be visible and effective on the Internet.
