Teresa Pakosz was born in Lviv. After graduating from a Polish school she took up a job at the State Archive of the Lviv Region. She studied in Vilnius and graduated from Vilnius National Pedagogical University, faculty: Polish language, history and literature. After returning to her hometown, she worked at the library of the V. Stefanyk Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (former Ossolineum) and at a Polish school. She is a guide in Lviv and a field guide in Ukraine (Volhynia, Podolia, Carpathians, Bukovina). Since 1992 she has been involved with the Polish Radio Lviv, of which she is the president. Radio is her passion and the apple of her eye.
