Has the ability to implement and control short-, medium- and long-term plans, also can manage large human teams and strategically manage human capital.
Main achievements: creation of company strategies and definition of company missions, optimization of business processes and their implementation, co-creation of trainings and courses for HR departments conducted by the best trainers in Poland, experience in making key decisions in the enterprises, implementation of new solutions.
Author of many publications and panelist at numerous conferences related to hiring and recruiting people with disabilities from the open labor market. In his work he is focused on building good relationships with people. As a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Lublin in Lublin and an MBA, he applies his expertise in building professional business relationships.
