Paweł Bochniarz is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and consultant with extensive experience in both private and public sectors, domestically and internationally. He is the Managing Partner at Radix Ventures, a venture capital fund specializing in deep tech startups from Central and Eastern Europe.
An expert in innovation and startup acceleration, Paweł was a co-founder and Chairman of MIT Enterprise Forum CEE, one of the largest acceleration programs in the region focused on deep tech startups, aƯiliated with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology,
Previously, he was the Innovation Advisory Director at PwC, where he managed projects supporting the commercialization of over 30 technologies. Paweł co-founded the Coalition for Polish Innovation Foundation, contributing significantly to Poland's innovation ecosystem.
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School.
Paweł is married to Anna and they live in Józefów, outside of Warsaw, with their six kids.
