Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk and postgraduate studies in Finance and Accounting at the Gdansk University of Technology. For over 15 years, he has been supporting organisations in building new structures, optimising their business processes and maximising customer satisfaction. He manages digital transformation programmes in global companies using agile methodologies. He has led implementations of dedicated ERP systems in Poland's largest companies in many industries.
He believes that the most important thing is the proper identification of needs, thanks to which it is possible to implement a project that meets the actual requirements and expectations of the customer.
Outside of work, he is involved with the Family on the Wave Foundation, which works for the benefit of modern education and the family.
