From 2022 to 2024, he served as the European Union Digital Ambassador. Between 2021 and 2023, he was the Vice-Rector of the Warsaw School of Banking. From 2016 to 2019, he headed the Data Management Department at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. He is a recipient of numerous awards, including the Economic Award of the European Economic Congress – SMEs (2024) and the Fintech Awards (2022). At the age of 29, he coordinated the implementation of changes to over 160 Polish laws to incorporate GDPR, overseeing one of the largest legislative processes in the country’s history. In recognition of his efforts, he was included in the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna ranking of the most influential people in 2018. To support Polish science, he established a network of communication channels that today reach over one million users. For these efforts, he received the Grand Video Awards from Press Magazine in 2024. In the same year, he was also nominated for the Grand Press Award for content created in collaboration with Wojciech Zaremba, co-founder of Open AI. On his channel, he has collaborated with some of the world’s most prominent scientific figures, including Sir Roger Penrose (Nobel Prize 2024), Prof. Klaus von Klitzing (Nobel Prize 1992), Prof. Geoffrey Hinton (Nobel Prize 2024), Prof. David Baker (Nobel Prize 2024), Prof. Yann LeCun (Turing Award), Prof. Brian Cox, Prof. Michio Kaku, and many others. His science popularization platform, This is IT, was one of the few online titles accredited by the Nobel Committee. His journey in science began in the fields of data management and new technology law. He is the co-creator of the Lem Institute Festival – Megabit Bomb, which in 2024 attracted over 5,000 young participants. In all his endeavors, he actively supports Polish science and the development of startups.
