Maciej Ćwikiewicz has more than 15 years of experience in the investment and strategic consulting industries in the areas of sales, marketing, strategy and change management.


From 2009 to 2014, he was Investment Director at ARX Equity Partners (a private equity fund investing in mid-sized companies in Central and Eastern Europe), where he focused on the industrial and service sector in Poland.

In the advisory sector, Maciej Ćwikiewicz worked, among others, for McKinsey & Co, Kolaja & Partners (now Alvarez & Marsal) and PwC. He has mainly advised private equity funds on business evaluation of companies as acquisition targets or on the development and implementation of post-acquisition value enhancement programmes, as well as the entrepreneur-owners of Polish manufacturing companies such as Zelmer, POCH, or Dr Irena Eris. As part of his projects, he performed interim management functions, being responsible for the management of the entire value enhancement or restructuring process, e.g. for companies such as Kross, Sanitec Budfarfor or RUCH.


Maciej Ćwikiewicz gained international experience in the United States, where he worked at Portland International Airport in the Aviation Research Department between 2000 and 2001, and in Indonesia, where he worked for the Elnusa company in 2002.
