Karolina A. Dehnhard devotes a part of her practice to International Business Transactions as Managing Director of the International Transactions Group at Lindabury McCormick Estabrook and Cooper. 

In her role, she speaks globally on international business relations between the United States and Poland.  Through numerous U.S. delegations including trips to Ireland, Cuba, Poland, South Korea and Spain, her focus is to develop international business relations among those entrepreneurs and companies that wish to have a footprint in the United States and those U.S. based companies that wish to have a footprint abroad. She was recognized by the Trade and Investment Section of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland for her influence and leadership in integrating women-owned businesses in both Poland and the United States. In 2018, Karolina launched the Polish-American Chamber of Commerce, North East (covering Maine to Florida) as well as Poland, with a focus on creating business opportunities for both American and Polish businesses. In her role, she speaks globally on international business relations between the United States and Poland. Most recently she was a featured speaker at the European Economic Forum where she spoke about the opportunities for American Companies to invest in Poland and for Polish-based companies to conduct business in the U.S.  She outlined a roadmap for companies to follow to forge partnerships with professionals globally, leading to the expansion of their businesses.  Her focus is on addressing the cooperation between various governing boards, both private and political. 

Before entering into private practice, Karolina clerked for The Honorable Rosemary E. Ramsay, J.S.C., Morris County Superior Court, Family Part and Civil Part. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Michael Ambrecht, J.S.C., in the Supreme Court, Criminal Part, Manhattan, and the Honorable Raymond T. Lyons, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey.
