Born in 1987 in Toruń. A diplomat, sociologist, expert in public relations and communication, former Consul General of the Republic of Poland in New York, spokesperson for LOT Polish Airlines, and journalist. Most recently, he is the founder and CEO of the consulting firm Republic of Relations, based in New York and Warsaw.
He earned his bachelor's degree from the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw and completed his master's studies in international relations at Collegium Civitas.
For seven years, he worked as a journalist for one of the largest radio stations in Poland, covering key domestic and international events. He also collaborated with leading Polish newspapers and a portal dedicated to non-governmental organizations, focusing on humanitarian and development aid projects.
In 2014, he joined LOT Polish Airlines as international PR manager, developing media relations in the airline’s key markets, including the United States. In 2016, he was appointed spokesperson and executive director of communications, responsible for shaping the communication strategy for LOT’s ambitious global expansion. He represented LOT at numerous international conferences and industry events worldwide.
In 2017, together with LOT's CEO, Rafał Milczarski, he initiated and led the successful "Visa-Free to the USA" campaign, which ultimately resulted in Poland's inclusion in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program in 2019.
In August 2019, he joined the Polish Foreign Service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, first serving as Director of the Polish Cultural Institute in New York. Then, from March 2020 to June 2024, he held the position of Consul General of the Republic of Poland in New York.
Since 2025, he has been the founder and CEO of Republic of Relations, a consulting firm based in New York and Warsaw, specializing in advising Polish and American businesses and institutions on foreign expansion, investments, communication, PR, and marketing.
Privately, Adrian Kubicki is married to Anna and is the father of two daughters, Laura and Julia. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the piano and is an amateur but passionate golfer, holding memberships in the Polish-American Golf Association and the Royal Golf Club in Wilanów.
